The 2022 season kicked off in a big way here at 81 Speedway. A total of 95 cars signed in for action, and in the words of Tony Bokhoven, fans were treated to a “Jim Dandy” of an event all evening long. This Past Saturday 6/11/22 Weekly Racing At 81 Speedway ended a great night of racing with a couple of repeat winners standing in O'reillys Auto Parts Victory Lane. The 81 Speedway Saturday boasted 5 weekly divisions battling as the season heads to the finish line. With the lights around the track a bit darker and damage from lightning still being assessed, the Stars shined brightly on the 3/8 mile racing surface. Four champions were crowned bringing the weekly racing season to an end on Saturday night at 81 Speedway. But no champion would grace victory lane during A-feature action throughout the night. It may have been April Fool's Day but there was no fooling at 81 Speedway as we kicked of the season with some really good racing through out the night and the race of the night was the Alternative Pest Management USRA Modifieds. Well the night got started with a make up A Feature with our Alternative Pest Management USRA Modifieds that had been postponed from our action on July 8th. Well in the make up feature we saw a bad wreck take out some of our competitors. We saw the driver of the 127 of Paden Phillips pick up his first win at 81 speedway in the 2023 season.
