Grew up racing Go-karts in the topeka area until high school. Continued to go to the races and watch my father, Paul Lanfermann II and my grandfather Larry koch race at Savannah Speedway and Thunderhill every summer before i left for college. My grandfather, Paul Lanfermann Sr. told me that if i finished up my degree then I would have a race car in the shop for me. I finished my Business degree from Kansas State University in 2012 and began racing B-MODS at atchison county raceway that following summer where won my first feature. In 2016 I married my wife Danielle in Platte City Missouri and in February of 2023 we introduced our first born child, Mabel Carol Lanfermann. I have worked for MGP Ingredients as the Director of Maintenance since 2016 and am a 4th generation employee to work for them and hold the same position grandfather did over 30years ago. We continue to race every weekend during the summer but have slowed down just a little compared to previous but still love going and competing every week with the best the B-MOD class has to offer.
