By USRA (Park City, KS) -- Another star-studded field of USRA Modified and USRA B-Mod racers gathered at the 81 Speedway Saturday for the second night of the three-round Modster Mash and the inaugural Mel Hambelton Ford “Spooktacular” presented by Park City.
