Attention Stock Car drivers, the 2022 81 Speedway Stock Car rule book has been finalized with a decision on the "grace period" allowed for the Hoosier 500 tire.
As previously announced earlier, the American Racer KK704 G60 and IMCA stamped G60 tires are the two tire choices allowed for competition in 2022 and going forward.
Teams will be allowed to use any existing inventory of the previously legal 8" Hoosier H500 tire through June 11th, 2022.
After June 11th, 2022 the Hoosier H500 tire will no longer be allowed for competition in the Stock Car class at 81 Speedway.
