March 20th practice session time changed - now 6-9pm

General Info
*Practice will take place from 6-9 pm
*Jack's Place concession stand will be open. Limited concession items will be available for practice. Full concession menu will be available for our season opening point event April 3rd.

  • Main grandstand restrooms will be open

Driver/team info
*DRIVERS - RACECEIVERS ARE MANDATORY!!!! Raceivers are mandatory at all times for any on track activity at 81 Speedway, that includes practice sessions. This is for your safety. We will conduct random raceceiver checks on track. If it is determined that you are not listening or do not have a raceceiver, you may be asked not to participate in the remainder of the session.
*While not required for practice, we ask that you have your transponder on your race car so we can test the loop throughout the evening. This also gives us an opportunity check transponder reading strength. If your transponder is reading weak, we can work with you to try and fix the issue before race season starts. Transponders will be mandatory beginning on opening night April 3rd. Having your transponder on your car during this practice session will be a good opportunity to make sure everything is in good working order!
*If you do not have a transponder and need to purchase one for race season, Mel Hambelton Ford Racing will be on hand with new transponder kits for sale. They will also have fuel available as well.
*Pit passes $20 for adults, kids 5-10 $10, ages 4 & under free
Grandstand admission is free of charge - the North bleacher section is CLOSED due to ongoing construction
*2021 season driver registration help will be available to those who have not yet registered for the 2021 season. DRIVERS PLEASE GET REGISTERED PRIOR TO OPENING NIGHT APRIL 3RD!
