This past weekend was bittersweet as the season points racing crossed the finish line for 2025. On a night with the Alternative Pest Management USRA Modifieds were the headline they lived up to the calling card. Logan’s Lawn and Landscape stepped up and added $1000 to the pole-sitter if they would drop to the 6th spot and still win. Hollywood Tyler Davis by accumulating the most points in the heat races had the opportunity and took the Challenge. “Once hated” Dan Powers was not going to make it easy as he set a blistering pace on the high-line keeping Paden Phillips and Tyler Davis at bay for most of the race. A late yellow shuffled the deck a bit and Davis pounced at his chance sliding past Paden in turn 1, Dan looked poised and was not rattled by the Early runs Tyler made. With just two to go Davis made his move sliding Powers in 3-4 while Dan crossed him and repaid the slider favor in 1-2 ! The race was great one as the two went down the back stretch on the last lap Dan leading and Tyler backed up his entry and throttled the 65 to the bottom and sliding Dan with little room for error and taking a last lap victory and the extra $1000 ! Great job to all the drivers this season! Tyler also capped off his Wichita Tire and Alignment $5000 points championship for the season!
*Wickham Heating and Air Conditioning Mini Stocks started the evening off with a make-up A feature from the rain on 9/20. Pole sitting Karson Keeler took no time to show that his program had some things working in the right direction at the end of the season by never looking back and sailing to Oreilly winners circle. Andy Smith who has really showed some speed late this season also had a great run and nabbed the Silver taking home 2nd, taking home 3rd was our 2025 Mini stock Point Champion Justin Esparza!!! He put together a great season performance and deserved to take the crown!!
*The TM Fencing LLC Super Stocks Rain redo feature from 9/20 was second out on the speedway. Front row starting Kenny Sweet jumped out into battle with Jarrod Reimer on lap one, Kenny waved by-by to the field as he took his 5th victory of the season. Jerrod Reimer battled with multiple challengers but still held on for 2nd. Jerrod Reimer is your 2025 TM Fencing LLC Super Stock Track Champion!! He battled some gremlins for many weeks and somehow had just enough in the points to hold and goes back-to-back holding the golden eagle trophy at this upcoming season banquet.
*In what may be the funnest race each season a HUGE shoutout to Broadway Truck and Auto for all the hard work, and headlining the event! From the rocky start getting things rolling, things shaped up and the race got going. The action is literally all over the track and makes it so fun to try and keep up with it all. I challenge all of you that think it is silly, or dumb to give it a shot and come out and be a part of it all. Thank you FarmTruck and AZN who have become good friends to the speedway over the years and we look forward to their future interactions as well! After the 83 of Shipman took out to an early lead it just didn’t last long as he’d hoped as an engine expired. The Flynn Hapy entry looked to be the victor until he succumbed to a flat with just a few laps to go, that left the 35 car of Todd Deringer that was consistent all race to take home the win! Congrats to them as we all look to the spring Godfather enduro in 2026.
*When the RWYB Power Wheels headed out they were joined by AZN and Farmtruck, AZN somehow had his power wheels in reverse and headed the wrong way! What a great event and loads of fun!
