In what was another scorcher of a day, the heat was cranked up even more with on track action.
In the BSB manufacturing USRA B-mod division Gabe Hodges held off a determined Tyler Kidwell to go onto victory lane. 1- Gabe Hodges 2- Tyler Kidwell 3- Henry Chambers.
In what may of been the best start of a race for Jayce Reimer, he led every circuit on the 3/8 mile track to Win again in the Primal Jerky mini stocks, not to be outdone in style , Haley Cash finished 2nd while sliding backwards over the finish line, and yet another strong showing for 3rd place Gratton Dalton!
The HeyGlassman Stock cars never disappoint and Saturday was no exception, with 26 cars checking in, the field was stout. After a couple of try’s at the start Beau Davis and Joey Richmond were on the front row together, when unfortunately Beau’s 01x succumbed to a failure from an earlier incident, Joey, Clint Smith, Scott Miller, Chris Holle, Aaron Esparza, and Kyler Kemp all were battling 2-3 cars wide for the front of the field. 5th place starting Scott Miller ran into the checkers first followed by Point leader Clint Smith and division rookie Aaron Esparza nabbing 3rd!! The stock car class is worth the price of admission weekly, we want to thank all of you guys for the show you put on every race night!!!
