Mullens Highlights 4th of July at 81 Speedway Park City, Kansas- Tanner Mullens, Wichita, Kansas, celebrated the 4th of July in style at 81 Speedway picking up the A Feature win here on Saturday night. Mullens, starting outside the pole, beat Kenny Sweet to turn one and kept his car out front for the entire 20 lap feature.
